What is Fossil Fuel?
Fossil fuels are non-renewable resources that are made from decomposing plants and animals which takes millions of years to form and can be found in the Earth's crust. It has three types namely: coal, natural gas and oil. This website is created to spread awareness regarding the topic of fossil fuel; the overuse and wastage to introduce a new and more eco-friendly energy. With this, the new renewable sources such as solar energy, geothermal energy and hydropower will be recognized. Overuse and wastage of fossil fuel can't cause harm nevertheless it's extinct and is taking long time to form again. With this in mind, the group would like to introduce an alternative that won't use materials or chemicals that can harm the environment. Also, this are eco-friendly and easy to use.

Fossil Fuels
It also contains carbon and hydrogen which can be burned to provide energy. This energy can be used to provide heat and electricity in home, transportation and even in businesses. Cars and machineries are some examples that needs fossil fuels to run.
What are we supposed to do to protect fossil fuels?
We should use an alternative that won't use materials nor chemicals to produce electricity that can harm our environment like a renewable resource. Renewable resources are those that continue to exist despite being consumed or can be replenished themselves over a period of time even as they are used. Hydropower, Wind power and solar energy are some examples of renewable resources.

The Alternatives
Use renewable energy to preserve fossil fuels
Wind Power or Wind Energy
Wind power, also known as wind energy, is the use of wind turbines to generate electricity. Wind energy is a popular, sustainable, renewable energy source that has a much lower environmental impact than burning fossil fuels.

Hydropower
Hydropower is a renewable power source that produces energy by altering the natural flow of a river or other body of water using a dam or other structure.
Solar Energy
Solar energy is radiant light and heat from the sun that is harnessed using a range of technologies such as solar power to generate electricity, solar thermal energy and solar thermal architecture.
